Having women in the boardroom produces better results for businesses as well as women. It takes a company determined to thumb their nose at women to choose to maintain an all-male board even at a proven cost to their business performance. California has joined voices with ethics-led investors like Future Super in calling for a smarter and fairer boardroom.
